  • How can I expect to be charged for services?

    We charge $125 per hour for standard service calls. We do not charge a travel fee. We collect payment in full on the date of service when services have been completed.


    For larger projects such as water heater replacements we issue estimates. The first estimate visit for a project is free. Our final invoice for an estimated project does not change unless the scope of work changes.

  • How quickly can you respond to a plumbing emergency?

    Emergency service is our top priority and is worked into our schedule before anything else. We aim to resolve emergencies as quickly as possible to minimize damage and restore vital utilities to your home. To schedule an appointment, please call our office or send us an email.

  • Do you offer any warranties on your services?

    Yes, we provide a one-year craftsmanship warranty on all repairs, and a one-year labor warranty on all new installs.


    We are more than happy to install customer supplied fixtures and units, although we will not warranty these customer supplied items.
